butterfly These are the WebPages of  Ian, a retired Englishman living in Lima, Peru. Have I bored you already? Well, read on; I haven't retired from life, my past life has been far from boring and it isn't boring now.
In these pages you can read tales of my journeys in Peru and South America.

When the pop-up ad appears just single-left-click on the page in view, it will be hidden and you won't see it again.

You can read here tales of my travels around South America since I retired in March 1997. This will save me from becoming the ultimate pub bore and you can read all my tales here without having to buy me a beer (but one day I may catch up with you!)

The web-pages are nearly all text with thumbnail images. (Just left-click on an image to see the full picture.) I will be very glad to receive comments and constructive criticism!

Lima

Since I am many thousands of miles away from most of my friends my first page describes where I now live in Lima. All those in this category can go there by clicking above. Those who know me here in Lima can, if they wish, skip that page.

Since I started these WebPages I have got involved in another WebPage project which required me to lift the lid of Pandoras box and get into HTML progamming. I can strongly recommend the following free sources which I found really valuable.
